Tre Johnson

Tre Johnson is a career educator and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Partner at Catalyst, a role he held from January 2019 to January 2024.2 He is currently a Senior Fellow for External Affairs at the same organization.2 Johnson is known for his work in examining and addressing issues related to Black leadership in education and other sectors.1

As a DEI Partner, Johnson focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, bringing insights into the challenges faced by Black leaders in professional settings.1 He has emphasized the importance of creating supportive environments for Black leaders, advocating for patience, time, and champions to help them develop and succeed in their roles.1
