Travis Heider

Travis Ross Heider is a seasoned professional leading all three companies within Pandion Optimization Alliance, driving revenue growth and strategic expansion initiatives. Under his leadership, Pandion National achieved a remarkable 28% revenue growth since 2018, while Pandion Regional experienced a remarkable 69% growth over the last three years. Travis has played a crucial role in expanding Pandion's membership base to nearly 6,000 individuals nationwide, spanning healthcare, business, and industry sectors.

With a strong focus on strategic growth, Travis spearheads aggressive expansion plans which include mergers and acquisitions and diversification of revenue streams. He collaborates closely with the Pandion Board Chair, actively engages with the Board of Directors and establishes strategic partnerships. Travis Heider is actively involved in the governance of Premier Inc. as an equity partner and sits on Premier's Board Advisory Council. Additionally, he is a valued member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and holds a position on the Empire State Chapter Board of Directors as the Assistant Learning Chair. He further contributes to the Bill Cook Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged children globally.

Before his current role, Travis accumulated valuable experience during his 13-year tenure at the American Diabetes Association and held elected office as a Monroe County Legislator. He has a Master's degree in Science from Springfield College, complementing his Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
