Travis Lytle

Travis Lytle is a dedicated individual with a passion for serving others throughout his diverse career in the banking industry, event management, entrepreneurship, and community development.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University, graduate studies from Harvard University, The Southeastern School of Advanced Commercial Lending, and Chattanooga Leadership, Travis possesses a solid educational background.

Currently serving as the Director of Community Development and Community Reinvestment Act Officer at SmartBank, Travis excels in building relationships, networking, and outreach to address the needs of underserved communities and contribute to small business development.

Travis has previously held notable roles such as Entrepreneur, Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager, Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, and various ownership and management positions in entities like Self Employed, The Mill - Event Hall of Chattanooga, SunTrust, First Tennessee Bank, The Tax Group, Bankers Trust, and Concrete Unlimited.

Committed to empowering individuals and teams, Travis has conducted seminars, provided training sessions, and led underperforming teams to success, emphasizing the importance of making sound financial decisions and reaching one's potential.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Travis actively contributes to various boards focusing on arts, entertainment, entrepreneurship, and community development, using his expertise to drive positive change.

As a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Inc. and Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, Travis also takes joy in his role as a husband to his wife, Tonya, and a father to their son, Travis Lytle Jr.
