Deloitte's Silicon Valley based think tank, tasked with helping executives make sense of the intersection of business strategy and disruptive technologies. I worked with the co-chairs, John Hagel and John Seely Brown, to conduct primary research on new approaches to organizational change. 

Responsibilities included: 
- Led the research and writing for the latest Center for the Edge publication on Pragmatic Pathways: New Approaches to Organizational Change: http://dupress.com/articles/pragmatic-pathways/ 
- Created and facilitated research workshops with senior client executives from the Technology, Media and Telecom industries
- Helped create a new Deloitte Client Lab for client executives (in partnership with the Deloitte Client Experience team) based on our Scaling Edges approach to organizational transformation (http://www.deloitte.com/view/en_US/us/About/Catalyst-for-Innovation/Center-for-the-Edge/scaling-edges/index.htm)
- Worked directly with clients to deploy and drive adoption of social software to improve operational metrics using the Center's Metrics that Matter approach (http://www.deloitte.com/us/socialsoftware)
