- Administered a multimodal brain imaging study to evaluate the structural and functional brain connectivity in individuals with autism in relation to certain genes and restrictive repetitive behavior. 
- Prepared and ran MRIs on minimally-verbal children with Autism for MRIs as part of an Autism Center for Excellence (ACE) multi-site study that investigates the speech and language brain networks in minimally-verbal autism children before and after music therapy (Auditory Motor Mapping Therapy).
- Administered cognitive and social evaluations (WASI, SRS, RBS, Vineland, CCC-2, etc) 
- Analyzed functional connectivity, anatomical MRI, and DTI data using Freesurfer, python, and MATLAB-based analysis packages.
- Prepared amendments, continuing review, and annual reports for the Institutional Review Board and grants.
- Presented “Models for Clinical Care & Research: Preparing Potential Research Participants for the MRI Environment” for the Nancy Lurie Marks Family Foundation’s meeting on “Aging Well With Autism” at Brandeis University (July 2013)

- Senior Honors Thesis on “Relations Between Associative Processing and Mood: Behavioral and Neuroimaging Evidence in Patients with Major Depressive Disorder and Healthy Controls”
- Designed associative processing and visual cognition experiments using MATLAB and PsychToolbox
- Collected stimuli, recruited and tested over 100 healthy human subjects, and statistically analyzed data to investigate the interplay between mood regulation and associative processing. 
- Analyzed functional and anatomical MRI data.

Bar Lab, Undergraduate Researcher

- Investigated the neural circuit mechanism responsible for mammalian decision-making using rodent models.
- Trained four rats on two odor-discrimination tasks and performed electrophysiological recordings.
- Constructed tetrode drives for electrophysiological recordings. 
- Shadowed the process of sacrificing a rat by transcardiac perfusion of fixative under deep anesthesia
