With a Ph.D. in Social/Personality Psychology from New York University and a B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University, Tracy has a strong educational background that complements her extensive practical experience.
Throughout her career, Tracy has held key leadership positions at renowned organizations such as the US Census Bureau, the National Academy of Sciences, Microsoft, AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, Iconoculture, Gnosis Research, Qualtrics, and SAP, where she contributed significantly to research, marketing, strategy, and product development.
Tracy has also been the Founder of Gnosis Research, Global VP and Head of the Global Experience Management Office (XMO) at SAP, Head of Experience Research at Qualtrics, CMO, and Chief Product Strategist at Iconoculture, VP of Consumer Insights and Competitive Intelligence at T-Mobile, Director of Market Research at AT&T Wireless, and Group Manager of Planning and Business Development at Microsoft.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Tracy is actively involved in volunteering on non-profit Boards and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world through acts of kindness. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family (including her dogs), and engaging in philanthropic activities.
