Tracy Tabery-Weller

Tracy Tabery-Weller is a seasoned professional in the creative industry with a background in broadcast and content production. Over the years, she has amassed experience in producing large-scale campaigns for several top brands, including Harley-Davidson, Subaru, Seventh Generation, Jack Links, and Red Feather.

Having worked in different roles spanning associate producing to broadcast/content production, Tracy is adept at managing creative teams and collaborating with top talents in the industry. Tracy's experience has also given her a keen eye for selecting the best people to work with and bring out the best in projects.

Prior to her role at mono, Tracy worked in the integrated production department at Carmichael Lynch, where she played the lead producer's role on Harley-Davidson for four years. She also spent some time at Fallon, where she was an associate producer working on accounts like Subway, Nordstrom, and Citibank.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Tracy has pursued several interests, including working as a musician at Shellycoats, directing programming at Flyway Film Festival, and owning Cuckoo Clogs. Through her vast professional experience, Tracy has gained skills in production, management, collaboration, and talent scouting to help her excel at her work.
