Tracy Gowens

Tracy Gowens is an accomplished professional with vast expertise in organizational development, change management, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, learning, and inclusion and diversity. She understands the correlation between business issues and cultural implications and has extensively worked with leaders in various Fortune 500 and global companies to lead change, build organizational agility, and drive engagement through trust, inclusion, and design thinking. Tracy has a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Tracy has held leadership roles in multiple organizations and presently serves as the Senior Director, Change Management - Employee Experience at Northwestern Mutual. She has previously worked at UL, Allstate, ETA/Cuisenaire, Grainger, New Resources Corporation, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, and Target in various Human Resource roles.
