Having started in the PC industry with Compaq Computer's SMB division, Tracy later moved to the West Coast to work with Sun Microsystems at Ketchum Public Relations.

During her tenure, Tracy played a pivotal role in Sun's launch of the server appliance division and the introduction of the industry's first sub-$1,000 UNIX-based server.

Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Weber Shandwick, Tracy's responsibilities include strategic counsel and account management for high-profile clients such as Motorola Solutions and JDA Software.
