    Her background also includes leadership positions at the New York Police Department (NYPD) where she served as the Deputy Commissioner of Equity & Inclusion and Deputy Commissioner of Training.

    Tracie Keesee's expertise extends to academia where she worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Denver and was involved in founding the Center for Policing Equity (CPE).

    She has further honed her skills through participation in programs like the FBI National Academy 203rd Session for Executive Leadership and Certification in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.

    With a wealth of experience in both practical law enforcement and academic settings, Tracie Keesee is a respected figure in the fields of justice reform, policing, and community trust-building.
