Tracey Welson-Rossman is a prominent entrepreneur and advocate in the technology sector, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Journal My Health, a health tech company focused on helping patients with chronic conditions articulate their health stories through data. She established this venture in May 2021, building on her extensive experience in technology and community engagement.1
In addition to her role at Journal My Health, she is the Chief Marketing Officer at Chariot Solutions, a leading IT consulting firm in the Philadelphia area, where she has been instrumental in branding, marketing, and sales since 2002. Under her leadership, Chariot Solutions has grown significantly and has been recognized as a top workplace in the region.12
Welson-Rossman is also the Founder of TechGirlz, a non-profit organization aimed at inspiring teenage girls to pursue careers in technology. This initiative has reached over 25,000 girls and was acquired by Creating IT Futures in 2019. Her commitment to empowering women in tech has earned her numerous accolades, including recognition as one of "40 Women to Watch over 40" worldwide.1
She actively participates in various community initiatives, serving as a board member for several organizations and as a commissioner on the Pennsylvania Women's Commission. Her work emphasizes mentorship and support for women and girls in technology.1
