Tracey Richardson️

Tracey Richardson is a seasoned professional with a rich background in Lean Transformation and Toyota Production System. With over three decades of experience, Tracey's journey began in 1988 at Toyota Motor Manufacturing KY (TMMK), playing a pivotal role in the startup of the first North American Toyota plant. Over a decade on the production floor honed her skills from hourly positions to management roles before transitioning to Human Resources as a trainer/Sensei. Her notable achievements include co-creating the GTS6 + E3=DNA formula for Leadership Standardized Work and being certified in the 8 step Toyota Business Practices Problem solving by the Toyota Institute in Japan. Tracey has accumulated over 460 hours of training in various areas such as Toyota Philosophy, Lean Implementation Thinking, Continuous Improvement Thinking, A3 Thinking and Writing, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and many more. In 2003, she founded Teaching Lean Incorporated with Ernie Richardson, aimed at spreading Lean Transformation across industries in the U.S.
