Tracey Mcipr

Tracey Mcipr is a highly experienced PR professional with over thirty years of expertise in the recruitment sector. She is a founding Director of BlueSky PR, a specialized boutique PR & marketing consultancy for recruitment, HR talent management, and education. Tracey started her career in the mid-eighties as a front line recruiter with two financial recruitment firms before transitioning into marketing roles, including Group Marketing Manager for Harrison Willis (now Hudson) and Head of Communications for Balfour Beatty, a renowned construction giant. In 2006, she co-founded BlueSky PR, which has since collaborated with a diverse range of clients in the recruitment, talent management, and education industries, such as Alexander Mann Solutions, The London School of Economics, and Vlerick Business School.

Tracey Mcipr's specialties include recruitment PR, media relations, copywriting, marketing, social media strategy, newsletters, award submissions, and PR for recruiters and HR. She holds a BA (Hons) degree in English & German from the University of Hertfordshire.
