T.R. Straub is an Executive Search and Assessment Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he co-leads the Corporate Affairs Practice. Based in Washington, D.C., he specializes in executive searches and leadership advisory services within corporate communications, public affairs, and government relations. With over a decade of experience in executive search, Straub has previously held a senior vice president position at another executive search firm, focusing on government relations and public affairs.123

His educational background includes a B.A. in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and an M.A. in Teaching and Social Studies from Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, he has a history with Teach for America, where he served as both a Corps Member and a Recruitment Director.123
