Partner at Energy and Environmental Economics (E3)
Tory Clark is a Partner at Energy and Environmental Economics, Inc. (E3), where she leads the Climate Pathways and Electrification practice area. Her work focuses on assisting state agencies, regulators, utilities, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in achieving ambitious climate and energy goals while navigating real-world constraints. Tory has extensive experience in developing policy pathways for greenhouse gas reduction, emphasizing the importance of electrification, clean electricity generation, low-carbon fuels, and emerging technologies.12
Before joining E3 in 2015, Tory spent five years aiding developing countries in formulating long-term energy and climate strategies using the LEAP model. This experience highlighted the diverse roles various regions play in the global effort toward deep decarbonization. She continues to work on helping stakeholders understand their regional contributions to climate mitigation policies both in the U.S. and internationally.13
Tory holds a Master of Science in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.1
