In addition to daily clients, restructured strategy department to service a consumer- and business-led strategy offering to create a holistic process (brand, digital, business, comms, CRM, analytics/data and research). This created a new briefing structure, bridging top and bottom funnel, innovation and a hybrid of master brief, campaign brief, innovation brief/comms briefs in one framework. Restructuring allowed for seamless use of data (business and consumer) to produce full-ecosystem marketing and innovation work.

McIntosh was a Partners & Partners client. After some time with no CMO, I took over the duties (simultaneously with my agency role). Our job was to transition a collection of the world's most respect audiophile brands to become a desired product among an elite audience. To do this we had to become a luxury brand without losing the credibility the individual brands worked so hard to achieve. As such, we created World of McIntosh (McIntosh Labs, Sonus faber, Audio Research, Pryma, Wadia & Sumiko).

In addition, we launched Pryma Headphones, a high-end luxury headphone which was positioned to be the first headphones meant to be heard and seen. www.pryma.com

As an agency partner, our job was to help to evolve our clients business, ideas and brand. We were a creative agency with consulting sensibilities. We never thought in silos, because people don’t think in silos, which means we were solution-agnostic. We had our hands in new distribution models and business processes, new products and programs and advertising across all platforms. The end-result was to not only to show clients how to move business, but help them make that happen.
