In this role my mindset is to act as the customer; to always think about what could be improved upon to make the customer experience better, easier, and more enjoyable.

 • Improve customer facing processes including: setting appointments, check-in, check out, management of incoming call flow and transfer process, the follow-up system, and the loaner car program
• Address customer concerns as stated on customer surveys
• Point of contact to resolve & report issues for 6 different software programs used daily by all employees in the Service Department
• Assist Service Advisors: greet customers, follow through and open repair orders, contact 
customers, communicate and coordinate between technician, service advisor and customer
• Help establish and run the Business Development Center for the Service Department 
• Plan and coordinate small in-house events
• Coordinate travel for employees in the Service Department
• Created budget for and re-designed company break room: New paint, new furniture, new appliances and vintage Mercedes-Benz décor 
• Design & co-edit internal company newsletter, and company flyers
• Keep 100+ employees up to date with the Mercedes-Benz education program

Create and update client reports including;  Investor Performance Summary – monthly, Account Performance Summary – quarterly, Growth Comparison Charts – quarterly, and the Year End Performance Summary
