Previously, Tor has served in key positions such as Senior Software Engineer and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at several companies like Telenor Group and QSystems Retail AS. His experience also spans across roles in academia, including stints as a Student Assistant in programming, algorithms, data structures, and Microprocessors at NTNU and University of Agder. Tor has further augmented his skills through internships at companies like ErgoEphorma and Ericsson.
