Tonya Robinson

Tonya Robinson is a highly accomplished legal professional with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.

With extensive experience in legal counsel roles, Tonya has held several key positions including Vice Chair and General Counsel at KPMG US, as well as previously serving as the General Counsel and Acting General Counsel at KPMG US.

Her career highlights also include pivotal roles such as Principal Deputy General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Special Assistant to the President for Justice and Regulatory Policy at the White House Domestic Policy Council, and Partner in Litigation and Investigations at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP (WilmerHale).

Tonya Robinson's background further expands to include positions such as Counsel at the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Crime and Drugs, Counsel at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP (WilmerHale), and Attorney at Wilmer Cutler & Pickering.

She also brings valuable experience from her time as a Judicial Clerk at The Honorable Francis D. Murnaghan, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
