Tonya Ratiaray

Tonya Ratiaray is a creative technologist with over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering remarkable products and experiences enabled by technology. She firmly believes that user experience is the key to sustainable success in the digital world. As a designer, product owner/manager, expert data, tech lead, and expert in development for Axance, Tonya and her team create products that are desirable, viable, and durable while positively impacting the transformation of culture, organization, and skills of clients. She studied Master Manager de l'Organisation des Ressources humaines et des Relations sociales at ISGP-ESA3 Talis Business School Campus Paris and continued her studies with a Licence Administration Economique et Sociale (AES) option Ressources Humaines at Université Paris Nanterre. Tonya has developed her professional experience in Axance as the Chargée de Développement RH focusing on recruitment and development, and in Altran as the Chargée de Recrutement - Pôle IT. She also has experience working as a Secrétaire Comptable at Banque de France and an Agent Administratif at Institut Pasteur. Tonya is a driven individual who keeps herself updated with the latest trends and is always ready to conquer new challenges in the industry.
