Tonya Peck

Tonya Peck is the dynamic leader of Dress for Success Seattle, a branch of the global 501(c)3 organization that empowers women towards economic independence through support, professional suiting, and development opportunities. With a robust network of volunteers and referral partners, the Seattle affiliate impacts the lives of 1000 women annually in the Pacific Northwest. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization continues its essential work with the unwavering support of dedicated Grantors, Donors, and Volunteers.

Tonya's educational background includes studies at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, a Master of Arts in Behavioral Science from Bastyr University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from American University.

With a rich and diverse organizational experience, Tonya has served in key roles such as Executive Director, Interim Executive Director, and Career Coach Volunteer at Dress For Success Seattle. Her professional journey also includes positions at Artefact, Possible, Frog, Locomotive Partners Llc, Microsoft, Sapientrazorfish, and Frog, covering areas from talent management to solution management and user experience.
