Tony Liu

Tony Liu is a Partner at Costanoa Ventures, where he focuses on early-stage investments in data infrastructure, AI, and developer tools.12 He joined Costanoa as a Principal in 2019 and was promoted to Partner in 2022.3

Prior to venture capital, Liu had a diverse background in tech:

• Software Engineering Intern at Amazon (2015)

Liu holds a B.S. in Mathematical and Computational Science and an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.4
