After achieving success as Director of Innovation at UST Inc. and Altria, Senior Product Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim, and Vice President at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, he founded Miles Finch Innovation, where he coaches, mentors, speaks, and trains about creative leadership. He has also written about energized leadership, founded Makery Coworking, served as a mentor at The Refinery, and held other roles in advertising and marketing. Tony studied economics at the University of Rochester, innovations and leading change at York St. John University, and strategy and innovation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
