Tony Phillips is an experienced strategic counselor and leader with a diverse background. Tony leverages his legal expertise as an in-house lawyer to advise on strategic risks and opportunities.
Having been an Eagle Scout, Tony's academic journey at Harvard Law School coincided with the 9/11 attacks, leading him to volunteer for the US Air Force. He served in Baghdad, Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, earning accolades like the Defense Meritorious Service Medal for his role in major crimes investigations across the war-torn nation.
Aside from his professional endeavors, Tony actively participates in philanthropic activities. He volunteers with Gifts for the Homeless and is a member of the Nationswell Council, working with like-minded servant leaders to address societal challenges.
Tony's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Social Relations & Policy with High Honors from Michigan State University's James Madison College.
Throughout his career, Tony has held various roles in prestigious organizations such as Meta, McKool Smith, Smyser Kaplan & Veselka, L.L.P., MD Anderson Cancer Center, Vinson & Elkins, U.S. Department of Justice, Covington & Burling, and the United States Air Force as a JAG (Judge Advocate General) Officer.
