Tony Perrotta

Tony Perrotta is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in the Healthcare, High Tech, and Software industries. He has served in a leadership capacity in venture-backed, private equity, and publicly-traded organizations. Perrotta holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from University of Massachusetts at Lowell. He has developed long-term global financial plans, played a pivotal role in business carve-outs, built core infrastructure for global businesses, acquired and merged companies, and prepared a company for an IPO.

Perrotta collaborates with executives in large cross-functional organizations to drive shared goals, designs business plans and internal processes, and assists in the sustainable long-term growth of small businesses. He has domestic and international experience, including in Europe, Middle East, and APAC, and is fluent in both US GAAP and IFRS.

In his most recent role as Executive Vice President of Finance at Lyniate, Perrotta played a vital role in managing the global financial health of the company's operations. Previously, he served as the CFO of Rhapsody, Vice President of Finance, NA at Orion Health, Director of Commercial Operations, and Director of Finance at PatientKeeper.
