Tony Moussa

Tony Moussa is a versatile senior executive with an extensive background in private equity, venture capital, startups, digital disruption, investment banking, global markets, risk, securitization, and structured and leveraged finance. He has a particular focus on the real estate, financial services, and technology sectors. Tony has demonstrated expertise in managing complex stakeholder interests, including funders, industry, shareholders, board, and management. His experience spans all aspects of corporate law and governance, corporate distress and restructures, strategy, management, operations (sales, marketing, tech, and finance), and more.

Tony holds degrees in BEc, LLB, Grad Dip Legal Practice, Finance & Law from Macquarie University. He is also an Admitted Solicitor & Barrister at Supreme Court of NSW and an Admitted at High Court of Australia.
