Tony Maruca is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in real estate finance, urban planning, and nonprofit leadership.

He holds a Master of City and Regional Planning with a focus on urban planning from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick. Additionally, he has completed the Developing Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals at Columbia University in the City of New York.

Tony's academic journey includes studying at Phillips Exeter Academy and earning a BA in Economics and Studio Art from Williams College.

In his professional career, Tony Maruca has held various roles at Civic Builders, a notable organization. Currently, he serves as the Director of Real Estate Finance, bringing a wealth of expertise to the table. He has also worked as a Finance Associate, showcasing his strong financial acumen.

Prior to his tenure at Civic Builders, Tony gained valuable experience as a Fellow at Build with Purpose, where he honed his skills in nonprofit management and strategic planning.

Tony Maruca's dedication to community development and education is evident through his diverse experiences. He has a background in coaching and tutoring, having served as a Squash Coach at New York University, a Math/Stat Tutor at Competitive Edge Tutoring, and a Squash Director at StreetSquash.
