Tony Manninen

Tony Manninen is a computer games designer, consultant, and motivational speaker with over a decade of experience in the gaming industry. He holds a PhD and an MSc from the University of Oulu and a BSc in Computer Engineering from Raahe Institute of Computer Science. Tony is the co-founder, CEO, and lead designer of LudoCraft Ltd., and a member of the executive board of TeamingStream Ltd., Meetius Ltd., and Awardom Ltd. Throughout his career, Tony has designed several experimental games and published game-related papers in academic forums. He also writes game reviews and articles in popular media. Moreover, Tony specializes in collaborative multiplayer games and their diverse applications. He is currently leading LudoCraft in its pursuit of applying and commercializing games and game-like solutions for utilitarian purposes.
