Tony Johnson

Tony Johnson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in compensation structure, analysis, performance management, and benefit package creation and development.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Norwich University.

Tony has held various high-ranking positions at Alliance Defending Freedom, including Senior Vice President of Direct Response and Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Innovation Architect, VP of Direct Response, Adjunct Professor at Arizona Christian University, Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, and Accounting Assistant.

His experience also includes serving as a Youth Pastor at Scottsdale Family Church and working as a Purchasing Agent at C.A.S. CORP. DBA NATIONAL MALLFRONT & DESIGN.
