As European IT Manager, the primary goal was ensuring quality support to over 250 users of a worldwide WAN and several LANs.  New installations at offices throughout Europe were planned and overseen.  Designing and building corporate intranet using Windows NT Server 4.0 and Microsoft IIS, configuring RAS services for remote users, and designing domains and workgroups for network users.
