Tony Fischer is a seasoned leader in the senior care industry, with over 25 years of experience. He has held various positions throughout his career, starting as a kitchen porter and working his way up to CEO of Graceway Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing. Tony's diverse background includes experience in quality improvement, regional team leadership, specialized program development, marketing, and advocacy for families navigating the healthcare system.

With a B.A.A. in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Central Michigan University and transfer credits from Macomb Community College, Tony has a strong educational foundation. He has also been involved in several organizations, including Airmed Capital Management, Elder Advocacy Group, and Mercy Hands Home Care.
