Tony W. Diggan, P.E.

Tony Diggan is a licensed professional engineer with extensive experience in various sectors of land development, including industrial, residential, multifamily, retail, and office. As an entrepreneur, he has spearheaded numerous development projects through his expertise in development strategy, zoning analysis, and entitlements, particularly in the state of New Jersey. Diggan has also held key roles in financial analysis, joint venture formation, product design, and construction. With an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Wilkes University, he has a wealth of academic knowledge to support his professional experience.
