Additionally, Toni's educational journey includes a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Canterbury and completion of Governance Essentials at the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.

Toni has held key roles in several organizations, including serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Sharesies and as a Future Director at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. Additionally, she has been involved in various capacities at esteemed institutions such as the Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment, New Zealand Treasury, and the Ministry for the Environment. Her contributions extend to global platforms like the APEC Business Advisory Council and the NYU Guarini Center for Environmental and Land Use Law.
