Toni Irving

Toni Irving is a highly accomplished individual with a strong educational background and a wealth of experience in various organizations and roles.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in English, American Literature from New York University, a Master of Arts in English from the University of Kent, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Virginia.

Toni Irving has contributed her expertise as a Nonresident Senior Fellow in Global Cities at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs. She has also served as a Professor of Practice at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
