Tonee Ndungu is a seasoned professional with a passion for leveraging technology in Africa, particularly in the realms of EdTech and FinTech.

With a background in International Relations, Diplomacy, International Law, and a wealth of experience in the technology sector spanning over a decade, Tonee is a dedicated advocate for special education needs and disability-friendly curricula.

He champions a non-consumerist approach and believes in the power of minimalism, focusing on fostering African entrepreneurship at a grassroots level.

Tonee's educational journey includes studies at United States International University - Africa in International Relations, Diplomacy, International Law, as well as an Executive Masters in Management and Organizational Development.

Additionally, he has pursued technical training with a Microsoft Certified System Engineer certification from Graffins College and aviation studies at the Aviation School in Bomas of Kenya.

Having attended Mangu High School for his KCSE education, Tonee has a well-rounded academic foundation.

Throughout his career, Tonee has held key roles in various organizations, including co-founder and CEO positions at Tribbe Nation and Kytabu Inc., where he focused on EdTech ventures.

He has also contributed his expertise as a Human Capital Development Expert at TN Consulting, and as a Co-Founder and Director at NaiLab Incubation and Consulting.

Furthermore, Tonee's impactful work extends to his roles as Country Director for Kenya and Africa Coordinator at 1%CLUB, as well as his involvement as a Youth Programing Media Consultant at Media Focus on Africa Foundation.

His commitment to empowering youth is evident through his roles as Executive Director, Founder, and Director at The Kenya Wazimba Youth Foundation.
