Founding Partner CRAFT Lean Management at CRAFT Lean Management

Ton Hodes is the founder of CRAFT Lean Management, partnering with Jeff Liker of the Liker Lean Academy to assist organizations in Lean Transformations as an interim Lean Leader, Consultant, Coach, and Trainer.

With a history of introducing Lean methodologies in the Netherlands back in 1997, Ton currently holds the position of Director at both the Liker Lean Academy in Europe and CRAFT Lean Management.

His philosophy revolves around the idea that true learning begins when actions are taken, emphasizing the practical application of Lean principles in various sectors including industry, business, public services, and project organizations.
