Managed “DevCon” - The company’s annual internal technology conference.  Created and led a 60 person volunteer group that presented DevCon to 6 locations on three continents.  Managed all aspects including keynote selection, budgets, speaker selection and paper/presentation development.  In our third year we received over 800 paper submissions and increased participation to more than 7000 people globally.   Effected a 500% increase in participation. Collaborated in development of internal video sharing technologies that were fed back into the technology stream and enabled other groups to distribute live and recorded  content. Developed and led an internal code contest that allowed development teams to compete to solve a long standing business problem.  The resulting code resulted in a cost savings to the company that was 50% greater than the entire event budget.

Technology Governance - collaborated in managed enterprise desktop, developer tools, storage solutions and FOSS software portfolios.  Participated in cross-divisional efforts unifying Web 2.0 standards across the organization including work with Mashups, Blogs, Wikis, Podcasts, Video sharing, Social Networks and Group Chat.
