He also holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.

Throughout his career, Tommaso Troiani has held significant roles in various organizations. He was the Co-Founder and CEO of Byewaste, a Member at Top Tier Impact, and the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Swabit. He also served as a Project Coordinator for a European Project in Knowledge Transferring and as a Product Manager for an Online Course in Recycling at Delft University of Technology. Additionally, he worked as a Researcher in Sustainability & Circular Economy at the same institution.
