Tomas Vrtik has a diverse professional background that spans across training, coaching, consulting, and entrepreneurship. In June 2011, he ventured into the field of training by working as an external trainer for the state organization IUVENTA under the national program KomPrax, where he trained over 150 young individuals. Expanding his horizon, he transitioned to become a coach and consultant for the Youth in Action project, leading international projects focused on enhancing 'soft skills' among third sector organizations. Tomas shifted gears in 2013 towards honing his business acumen in the online sphere, taking on roles such as sales representative for a Slovak wholesale shoe brand and product manager at topanky.sk. His online business involvement continued as he collaborated with the ambitious Slovak start-up BESTERON on modern online payment solutions.
