Tomas Tejbus is an accomplished chef and entrepreneur with an impressive background in the hotel industry. Currently the owner and executive chef at Folks s.r.o., a company dedicated to serving high-quality food from local farmers and producers via food trucks in Slovak regional cities and tourist destinations.

Before his current venture, Tomas worked as Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Sous chef, Junior Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Demi Chef de Partie at Kempinski Hotels. During his time there, he honed his skills and gained extensive knowledge of food and hospitality, earning several accolades and recognition. He also completed a traineeship at Holiday Inn.

With his extensive experience, Tomas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the culinary world. His passion for local produce and sustainable food practices is evident in the high-quality dishes served by Folks s.r.o. food trucks.
