He served as the CEO of RPG Industries,a.s., the VP for South Africa and Eastern Europe at Mondi Packaging Paper, and the Managing Director at Mondi Steti.

Furthermore, Tomas Sabatka has contributed significantly to the industry by serving as the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Vipap Videm Krsko, and as the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Czech Aeroholding. His rich professional experience also includes the role of Executive Vice President in Business Development for Coated Paper Business at Myllykoski.
