He has a wealth of experience in the field, having worked with the company for several years, and previously serving as the Director of Reduced Harm Products. Mihulka is responsible for driving the strategic growth of the Smokeless business unit, leveraging his expertise in commercial development, product management, and business strategy to achieve key objectives. He holds a degree in International Business Administration from the University of Economics in Prague and has completed executive education programs in Product and Brand Management at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
