Tomáš Mašek

Tomáš Mašek is an open-minded individual who is deeply committed to the success of the companies he is involved with.

In 2009, he founded a company that he later sold in 2020, but remained engaged in its top management to continue making impactful decisions within the organization.

With a dedicated team of around 30 professionals, Tomáš has excelled in delivering top-notch software services primarily in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and German-speaking countries (DACH region).

His extensive experience of over 12 years in senior company management and overseeing large-scale software projects has allowed him to collaborate effectively with local businesses, multinational corporations, and government entities.

Tomáš's prior role at Kantar Health, an international healthcare research agency, provided him with a solid foundation in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in areas like prescription drugs marketing, market research, and real-world evidence.

Drawing from his pharmaceutical background, he spearheaded the development of software solutions tailored for the industry, including systems for managing Drug Regulatory Affairs (eCTD Submissions) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) for research purposes such as market studies and patient trials.

Venturing into the public sector as a way to embrace new challenges, Tomáš successfully navigated numerous public procurement processes, gaining invaluable experience in collaborating with government agencies, distinguishing this sector's nuances from commercial interactions.

With his educational background in journalism from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, Tomáš Mašek combines his business acumen with excellent communication skills and strategic vision to drive success in his ventures.
