Tomás Gorbe

Tomás Guillén Gorbe is a passionate professional in strategy and sustainable and innovative business development.

With a Ph.D. in Business Administration and a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Valencia, he also holds a Master's in Human Resources Management and Organization from ESIC Marketing & Business School, and a Master's in Business Strategy Research from the University of Valencia.

For over twenty-five years, Tomás has been actively involved in developing executives' training and Executive Master's programs focusing on Strategy, Organization, Management, and Marketing in various national Business Schools.

He has been a speaker at numerous National and International Congresses and a regular contributor to economic and business media.

Bringing over a quarter-century of experience as a Business Strategy consultant and Independent Director for several companies, he has also worked as a Management Advisor in strategic change processes and business development.

Since 1992, Tomás has been the General Director of Grupo IFEDES, overseeing five companies specialized in Business Development offering consultancy in Management and Strategy, Marketing and Communication, Human Resources and Training, Corporate, Logistics, and Supply Chain.

In addition to his role as the CEO of Strategy Business Capital, he is the founding President of the National Network of Business Angels, BIG-BAN (2008-2017), and was honored as the Best Business Angel of 2015 by the Spanish Association of Business Angels - AEBAN.

Recognized as one of the 50 distinguished Economists by the Faculty of Economics and Business of Valencia during its 50 years of history (1966-2016), Tomás has a rich history of representing and working with numerous business and sectorial organizations.

His involvement includes leadership roles such as President of the Consultancy Companies Association of the Valencia Community, President of the Federation of Business Services Associations, and membership in the Boards of various prominent associations and organizations.
