He then moved to Billions Corporation, where he worked as a booking agent before founding his own company, The Windish Agency. The Windish Agency became widely recognized for its innovative approach to artist representation and booking, and Tom became the President of the company. After 14 years of running the Windish Agency, Tom went on to become a senior executive at Paradigm Talent Agency, one of the largest talent agencies in the world.
