Tom Wamsley

Tom Wamsley is a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience in business and commercial litigation, professional liability, products liability, and toxic torts.

Currently, Mr. Wamsley is actively engaged in asbestos litigation for Georgia-Pacific, while also representing franchise and restaurant companies and serving as outside general counsel for middle market firms.

Aside from his legal practice, Mr. Wamsley has held partnership positions in various businesses, including franchise, golf course construction, and consumer products companies.

He has been involved in merchant banking through Acceleration Equity Partners, where he provides capital and resources to emerging growth companies, and he currently serves as the COO of Analytic Solutions, LLC.

Moreover, Mr. Wamsley is a partner in CSCEcommerce, which offers a SaaS ecommerce solution.

His educational background includes a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Wamsley has been actively engaged in various community organizations, serving on managing boards and committees of several institutions such as the Atlanta Bar Association, Atlanta Legal Aid Society, and numerous charitable organizations like Trinity School Student Parent Association.
