Tom van Dam

Tom van Dam is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the tech and gaming industries. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics, Finance from Tilburg University as well as a Master's degree in International Business from Rennes School of Business. Tom has also studied at the Hkust Business School, a leading institution in business education.

Tom's career highlights include his current role as Senior Director Overseas Business - Investment and Strategy Dpt at Bytedance Inc. Prior to this, he was Head of Mobile Business Development and Mattel163 Head of publishing at Netease, where he brought his business development skills to bear and helped to develop strategic partnerships with other companies. He has also worked as a Senior Business Developer at Cog Publish Limited and as a Senior Product Manager at Eedoo Ltd, where he managed product development and market analysis.

Furthermore, Tom has a background in community management and game production. Before his senior executive roles, he worked as a Community Manager and External Consultant, as well as a Game Producer at Cmune, a pioneering gaming company. Tom also started his career as an Intern at the Office of Transport Regulation at NMA.
