Tom Taft is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Laurel Group, a firm specializing in executive search and recruitment. He has over twenty years of experience in high technology sales and marketing, with a significant portion of that time dedicated to executive search, particularly in the technology sector. His expertise includes recruiting for senior-level positions such as CEOs, VPs, and Board members, focusing on software and communication companies.
Before co-founding the Laurel Group in 2002, Tom held a senior role at Heidrick & Struggles, where he established the Seattle office and was part of the International Technology Practice.
