Tom T. O'Keefe is a seasoned real estate developer with over three decades of experience in developing and acquiring commercial properties. In 1986, he founded O'Keefe Development, a company specializing in office buildings, industrial buildings, and neighborhood shopping centers. Over the years, O'Keefe Development has successfully completed a diverse range of projects, totaling over 5 million square feet and valued at approximately $700 million.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Tom believes in giving back to the community. Currently, he serves as a board member for prominent organizations like the Juvenile Diabetes Guild of Seattle and The Museum of Flight in Seattle. Tom's dedication to philanthropy is evident through his past involvement as a board member or trustee for various institutions, including the Villa Academy, Seattle Preparatory Academy, Virginia Mason Hospital, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Children’s Hospital, and the Bellevue Boy's and Girl's Club.
Tom T. O'Keefe pursued his education in Communications and Advertising at the University of Washington, where he honed valuable skills that have contributed to his successful career in the real estate industry.
