Tom Stephens is a seasoned investment banking analyst with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity (PE). He received his Master’s in Economics from the University of Warwick, and his Bachelor's Degree in BSc Economics & Econometrics with a 2:1 from the University of York. With a passionate interest in M&A and PE, Tom is always on the lookout to connect with like-minded professionals.

During his career, Tom has held various positions in several top-tier organizations, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HSBC Global Banking and Markets, and MCF Corporate Finance. At Bank of America, Tom worked as an Investment Banking Analyst and an Off Cycle Analyst. At HSBC, he worked as an Off Cycle Analyst, and at MCF, he worked as an Analyst and an M&A Intern. Outside of his corporate work, Tom also co-founded BoulevardBooks.

Tom’s expertise lies in investment banking, M&A, PE, and corporate finance. He possesses strong analytical and financial modeling skills, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
